The West Midlands Police Department said that it executed a search warrant at a Black Country industrial unit in Sandwell on May 18 after receiving intelligence that the unit was being used as a marijuana farm. In a press release, the department said that it received reports of numerous people visiting the unit at different times of the day. Ukrainian forces have “penetrated Russian lines to a depth of up to 70 kilometers in some places” and retaken more than 3,000 square kilometers of territory since September 6, according to an assessment from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) on Saturday.
