Overeem was initially scheduled to fight Walt Harris in the main event of the Washington card but since he pulled out due to personal reasons, Rozenstruik stepped in on short notice and took up the fight.
In a recent interview with ESPN’s Ariel Helwani, Rozenstruik said that Ngannou is the man he really wants to fight because he sees him as a big challenge and the fans will be eager to see ’two big, scary guys’ lock horns inside the Octagon.
Rozenstruik boasts an impeccable professional record of 9 wins and no losses and he will be looking to step over Alistair Overeem on his way to the top of the heavyweight division.
