On the same lines, UFC welterweight contender Michael Chiesa feels that there is an opportunity for another massive crossover fight between Canelo Alvarez and the BMF titleholder, Jorge Masvidal.

Chiesa believes that Masvidal has a lot of momentum at the moment and can do whatever he pleases. If ‘Gamebred’ wants a title fight, he can get that, but he can also secure a boxing match with Canelo Alvarez.
Chiesa went on to say that fighters like Nate Diaz and Masvidal ‘deserve a big payday’ and that these are the kinds of fights fans want to see.
