A former boxing champion, Holm ended her in-ring career in 2013 with a 33-2-3 record. She made her pro MMA debut in 2011. Joining the UFC in 2015, Holm pulled off the ultimate upset at UFC 193 when she beat Ronda Rousey for the UFC bantamweight title.
Since that win, “The Preacher’s Daughter” immediately lost the title against Miesha Tate. She is 4-5 since the Rousey fight, but 3-1 in her last four. On a two-fight win streak, Holm last fought in October 2020, beating Irene Aldana. She was supposed to fight Norma Dumont and Julianna Pena in 2021, but injuries and hydronephrosis halted the bouts from taking place.
Making her pro debut in 2014, Vieira joined the UFC in 2016. She is 6-2 with the promotion and 2-2 in her last four fights. Vieira last fought in November, beating Tate via unanimous decision.
